Though the premiere for Pilgrim’s hit Discovery series, Street Outlaws Memphis, isn’t until next week, tonight we learn about the man behind the show. In the brand new special episode, “What Makes a Man,” we take an intimate look into the life of one of the craziest characters in street racing history, JJ Da Boss.
“I think this episode will show many viewers a side of JJ they haven’t seen before,” said Sam Korkis, Executive Producer for the series. “Fans of the show know that street racing is in his blood, but this is the first time we’re actually peeling back the curtain on what made JJ who he is today – including some serious rough patches that ultimately saved his life and taught him the value of family.”
The special airs tonight at 9/8c on Discovery with the season 2 premiere airing next Monday at the same time.
