This is the story of Peruvian-Canadian Bryan Russell, the first person with Down syndrome anywhere in the world to run for public office. He is also the first person with Down syndrome to graduate from university in Peru.
The short won the Best Short Award at Film Slam. It has also played at the Cleveland International Film Festival, HIFF, The Durban International Film Festival, and the Rhode Island International Film Festival.
